Stephen BollingerCEO and President
Stephen Bollinger brings a very diverse background to the company with respect to the medical device and biologic market place. He has held multiple leadership positions from Founder, President, and Chief Operations Officer, of early stage companies, to a broad spectrum of roles includes, but not limited to: global operations, marketing, product management and sales. He also is an Adjunct Professor at Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz School of Business. Mr. Bollinger currently holds seven medical patents, with multiple pending. He received his M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy West Point with a B.S. in mechanical engineering.
Richard C. Petersen Jr.President of Petersen Jr. Enterprises, LLC.
Mr. Petersen is currently the President of Petersen Jr. Enterprises of which he founded. He spent 32 years with GM/DELPHI before he retired as the General Director of Corporate Planning for Delphi-Steering. He has been recognized in Who’s Who for U.S. Executives and as one of the Outstanding Young Men of America. He is currently the Executive Director for the Petersen Foundation, the President of Fivesome Corporation, Managing General Partner for Fivesome Capital, Managing Partner for Cardio LLC and the Petersen Family Limited Partnership. He is also, the Chairman of the Board for Neograft Technologies, Inc., Rinovum Women’s Health LLC and WeSpeke. He is a Director for a number of other entities that vary based on investments from time to time.
Brad R. PetersenBoard Member
Dr. Brad Petersen is currently a Pharmacy Operations Manager at OhioHealth’s Grant Medical Center. Grant Medical Center is a Level I Trauma Center that performs over 20,000 surgeries annually. Dr. Petersen currently supervises pharmacy services for the surgery suite as well as outpatient infusion center. He serves on the Board of Directors for two additional companies. Dr. Petersen received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University and he received his Masters in Health System Pharmacy Administration from The Ohio State University.

Mr. Christopher Petersen is currently the Assistant Corporate Controller for ThyssenKrupp with $2B in global sales and more than $3B in total assets. He has also been a Senior Auditor for KPMG LLP. Mr. Petersen currently serves on the Board of Directors for three additional companies. He received a B.A. in Accounting from The Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University with Honors and his Masters of Science in Accounting from the same university.
Jeffrey L. QuillenIndependent Board Member
Jeffrey L. Quillen is a Partner in Foley Hoag LLP’s Business Department and is a Co-Chair of the firms’ Life Sciences Practice Group. Mr. Quillen serves as outside general counsel to a number of emerging biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and service companies, and he regularly assists clients in negotiating and drafting agreements regarding intellectual property rights, including patent license agreements with major research universities and collaboration agreements with strategic partners. Mr. Quillen provides representation to venture capital funds and emerging companies in venture capital financing transactions, including private placements of convertible preferred stork, convertible debt, and subordinated debt.
He also represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies, and represents borrowers and lenders in a variety of commercial lending and leasing arrangements, including lines of credit, secured credit arrangements and project financings. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America® -Venture Capital Law (2007-2012 Editions) and is endorsed by PLC Which Lawyer? for Venture Capital and Life Sciences: Commercial and Partnering (2008-2012).
Mr. Quillen received his B.A. from Colgate University and his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. Mr. Quillen is also a Managing Member of Thirteen Ventures, LLC, which is a small fund that invests in start-up companies.
Michael TovianIndependent Board Member
Michael (“Mike”) Tovian is presently serving as the Executive Consultant of Dosepoint LLC, as well as serving on the Board of Directors of Rinovum Women’s Health, Inc. He joined Harmony Pharmacy and Health Center as CEO/President in October of 2008 to October 2010 where he succeeded in building and growing the airport pharmacy’s strategic goals and profitability due to a career in Senior Management in the drug store and healthcare consulting industry. Mr. Tovian had served as Managing Director of Healthios Global, Inc., a healthcare merchant banking firm, from November 2007 to October 2008. His client industry expertise focused on pharmacy delivery systems, retail pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, home care and infusion, compounding pharmacy, disease management, and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Tovian joined Healthios in November of 2007 after a 28-year career with Walgreen Drug Stores, Inc. Mr. Tovian’s last position of Vice President of Managed Care Sales and Contracting had a profit and loss responsibility of over 20 billion dollars with wide ranging experience in retail management, managed care, pharmacy administration, health care, key accounts, and government affairs. His membership on executive corporate committees helped determine the company’s tactical direction and strategic initiatives.
Previous to his Managed Care role, Mr. Tovian served as Vice President of Store Operations in the Puerto Rico and Southern Florida markets with responsibility of over 2 billion dollars and 250 stores. Mr. Tovian served as the corporate Chairman of the Multicultural Task Force which resulted in several key strategies and initiatives (eg. prescription labels in several languages). Mr. Tovian also served on several executive corporate pharmacy, budgeting, and strategy committees.
Michael Tovian is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in Pharmacy. He has attended both Duke University and Wharton School of Business, Executive and Pharmacy management programs.

Mr. Petersen was an executive for Medrobotics, FI-360, and Neograft Technologies, Inc. He was President, Treasurer and CEO of the Erie Insurance Group comprising of seven organizations. Mr. Petersen was a speculation advisor for a long time overseeing billion of dollars of value stores. Additionally, Mr. Petersen was an onlooker to the Board of Directors for Wespeke and Rinovum Women’s Health, LLC. Mr. Petersen used to be the Director for Spectrum Control, PIHMS/KCRS, Telecardia, Clearcount Medical Solutions Inc., and Sinamotive. He was also an Executive Advisor for Therm Med LLC, Sanpath LLC, KC Energy LLC, Therm Cardiac Therapies LLC and CCK Targeting LLC. Mr. Petersen made critical commitments to the University of Pittsburgh to make the Petersen Event Center, the Petersen Olympic Sports Complex and the Petersen Nano Technology Center. Mr. Petersen began the Petersen Foundation to aid and help the humankind.
